Jordan has a litigation practice in southwestern Idaho. Her practice areas include insurance, insurance defense, personal injury, transportation liability, landlord/tenant disputes, and premises liability.

Jordan graduated from the University of Nebraska College of Law with distinction in 2017 before joining Perkins, Mitchell, Pope & McAllister LLP as an associate. During law school, Jordan gained litigation and FINRA arbitration experience at a civil litigation firm located in Lincoln, Nebraska. Jordan also practiced with a limited license in the University of Nebraska’s Civil Law and Entrepreneurship Clinics. There, she represented clients on issues varying from business formation, trademark applications, insurance disputes, criminal set-aside petitions, bankruptcy, and estate planning. While in law school, Jordan earned two CALI awards for academic excellence in mediation and pre-trial litigation. She served as President of the Women’s Law Caucus, a curriculum coordinator for the Community Legal Education Project, and a member of the Robert Van Pelt American Inn of Court. Jordan placed at Nebraska Law’s Client Counseling Competition, and later represented Nebraska at the ABA Regionals in Chicago. Jordan graduated in the top 15% of her class.

Jordan grew up in Omaha, Nebraska. She attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln for her undergraduate degree where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and English with a minor in Criminal Justice and Criminology, graduating with Honors and Distinction. She was a Regents Scholar, and member of the University Honors Program and the Alpha Lambda Delta and Phi Eta Sigma National Honor Societies.

Jordan is a member of the Idaho State Bar as well as the United States District Court for the District of Idaho. She is also a member of the Idaho Women Lawyers and the Nebraska Women’s Leadership Network.
